Siding, Trim & Structure RepairWe added a farmer’s porch to the front side of the home, repaired a generous amount of rotted trim and then painted the whole house and installed new gutters.
Siding, Trim & Structure RepairWe resided this house with James Hardie fiber cement siding and cedar trim. We also built a portico over the front door and jacked up and fixed his deck which was falling off the house due to improper installation. There was also a substantial amount of structural rot which we fixed.
Deck ReplacementDismantled old small deck and rebuilt using Azek composite decking and Radiance rail composite rail system. Beautiful and no maintenance.
Roofing, Siding & PaintingWe roofed this house with GAF Slateline shingles and installed all copper valleys and flashing. Then we sided the house with James Hardie fiber cement siding and Azek cellular PVC trim. Finally we painted all the siding and trim w/ 2 coats of premium latex paint.

Door and Window ReplacementWe replaced all their old drafty windows and door with new insulated windows and door including a bay window, an Andersen sliding door, and an Andersen French door.
RoofingThis was an old asphalt shingle roof on a cut up contemporary house. We stripped it and re-roofed it with metal shingles.
