Current Openings

Project Consultant

We’ve taken the home improvement sales role to a new level with our Project Consultant position, offering a base salary plus monthly and quarterly bonuses. 

As a Project Consultant, you’ll be trained thoroughly in all of our products and set up to deliver a seamless presentation to customers in their homes.  We’ll supply you with the following:

  • Pre-qualified and pre-set appointments
  • Online, interactive presentation systems
  • A CRM to manage your appointments/sales
  • Continuous support by management and teammates

Your Responsibilities:

  • Help customers achieve their dream projects by meeting with them, gathering information, assessing their needs, and preparing customized project proposals
  • Work with our team of professionals to brainstorm and identify additional opportunities to close business
  • Participate in ongoing training and product information seminars

Qualifications:

  • An eye for detail and superior organizational skills
  • History of progress in work or educational development
  • Ability to work on a team, as well as independently—no need for micro-management
  • Ability to “manage up” and ask for help when needed
  • An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
  • Associate’s degree required; BA/BS preferred

If you think you are a fit based on the above description and qualifications, we would love to hear from you.  We are offering a base salary of $35,000-$80,000 (based on experience) with a total bonus compensation of $50,000-$200,000 (based on performance). We also offer full medical benefits, SPIFFs, a year-end company trip, and other perks.
